Our large holiday apartment offers space in abundance, 121 m2 on 2 floors. Here, each of the up to 10 guests will find their place of retreat. We are happy to accommodate up to 2 additional cots. This apartment is often booked by families or couples with friends, as each bedroom has its own bathroom - so a bit of privacy is also guaranteed.

The large kitchen-living room invites you to cook together, have a cosy get-together or a games evening.

Every room in this apartment has access to a balcony. The balconies face east, south and north - and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

During the summer months, this flat can also be booked in the reduced version 3a for 5-7 people (two double rooms, one triple room). Please ask for availability.

    • Balconies over the whole apartment - in summer with small folding tables, chairs, umbrella
    • On request: cot, baby bed linens, high chair - please reserve

    • Bed linens and towels - our beds are ready to snuggle into. You will receive 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel per person (on request one towel change per week).

    • IN WINTER: heated ski and boot room, free ski bus - the bus stop is 70 m away
    • IN SUMMER: Joker Card - benefit from the many possibilities and the countless activities - whether for children, families, bikers, ... and all this without additional costs or at reduced prices. The hiking bus can be used free of charge and stops 70 m away.
    • You can store your bikes in our lockable garage - the hiking equipment finds enough space in the ski cellar.

    Cancellation conditions

    Your booking is based on the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry"

      • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the arrival date
      • Up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the arrangement price will be charged
      • Up to 1 week before the day of arrival, 70 % of the arrangement price will be charged.
      • In the last week before the arrival date or in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 90 % of the arrangement price will be charged.
