We provide our cots, baby bedding, hand towels and high chairs free of charge.
Extra bed linen (1 linen sheet, 1 pillow, 1 duvet cover) - EUR 15.00/Set
Extra hand towels (1 shower towel, 1 bath towel) EUR 6.00
Check-in: On the day of arrival, the reserved room as well as parking spaces according to booking confirmation are available from 4pm. Please check in by 6pm at the latest. In case of later arrival, we ask that you let us know in advance. We can gladly store the keys for you in the key safe.
Check-out: On the day of departure, the apartment as well as the parking space must be vacated before 9.30am.
Payment: Please settle the outstanding bill on the day before departure. We gladly accept your debit cards, as well as Master and Visa cards.
Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your pets.
Please be aware, that smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Ashtrays are, provided on the terraces as well as the balconies.
Parking Spaces: For App. 1+2 there are 2 car parking spaces and for App. 3, there are 4 parking spaces available.

Cancellation Conditions

Your booking is based on the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry"

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the day of arrival
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival, 40% of the package price will be charged
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival, 70% of the arrangement price will be charged
In the last week before the day of arrival or in the case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 90% of the package price will be charged
